3. No Misrepresentation
The parent/guardian agrees that all details submitted in application forms, including documents and declarations, are true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Any willful misrepresentation may result in disqualification or cancellation of admission.
4. Acknowledgment of Policies
By signing this agreement or continuing to use school services, the parent/guardian agrees to abide by all school policies, including but not limited to the Code of Conduct, Fee Policies, Examination Regulations, Safety Protocols, and Digital Use Guidelines.

By acknowledging this agreement, the parent/guardian provides informed consent for:
The child’s participation in school activities and programs.
Use of the child’s photos/videos in newsletters, school magazines, or educational displays (unless written objection is submitted).
Receipt of school notifications and academic updates via email, SMS, or other digital platforms.
